Wild Birdscaping

A pair of robins raised a family in my arbor this season.
I enjoyed seeing the baby robins, as their parents scolded me from a safe distance, eagerly waiting to be fed.
After the fun of being a landlord I find I miss them.
While reading a bit on attracting wild birds to the garden I have found that I hav'nt been a good landlord at all.
I have only two small bird baths which tended to be dry, a pond is the answer for that.
I should have bird houses, maybe a bluebird, wren and purple martin, also I should not cut down that old apple tree as I had planned.
If any more familys are raised in or around my garden they will have a much more attentive landlord.
I will eventually post pictures of these additions on this page. For now here are the links that I find.
