Aesop,  lived in 620-560 B.C.  Each Aesop fable contains a moral, the hallmark of his stories.  Morals sadly out of fashion are principles or habits with respect to right or wrong conduct.  This site is wonderfully presented with over 656 fables, some in audio.  Also included are 127 Hans Christian Andersen fairy tales.  A wonderful site for children or grownups.  The fables are usually short and are ideal for printing.  Enjoy.
