I am a professional archaeologist and educator who likes to spend his leisure time engaged in historic recreation. I am particularly interested in the Late Roman through Later Medieval Periods across the whole of Europe. Within this region I tend to spend my time researching the Carpathian Basin and adjacent regions as well as the pre-Norman and early Norman U.K.
