You may also notice that the Mod files are presented in ".hlp"
format. This allows us to save space on the website, and insert
graphic files into a single file. The downside to using this format
is that it limits files useage to Windows 3.1/95/98/NT users Only!
Users running Mac, UNIX, DOS, CBM etc. will not be able to
view these files.  This may change in the future so email
your comments and let us know what you think!
