Desert Morays Dry Out in Southern California Sun
Last months' meeting was held at the Percival residence. The November meeting will also be held at the Percival's house on Thursday, November 12th at 7:00 p.m. Their address is included in the newsletter. Their phone number is as well. The Lake Perris dive has been put off to a later date. The new date is, November 28th. It will be a dam dive and may require advanced certification. Please contact Tony Wiley at (909) 682 - DIVE if you have any questions. Tony also has a new web page. His new address is: http://www.scubalocker.com.
Some members of the Desert Morays are planning to spend Thanksgiving in La Bufadora, Mexico. All members are invited to attend. We are able to spend the weekend for free thanks to Mike Percival. You will be required to bring your own food and water or be prepared to purchase these items at a near-by market. There is plenty to do here; dive, snorkel, horseback riding, fireworks, etc... There is also gift buying and massive bargains. Located further up the beach are some hot water springs to visit. Anyone interested should contact Rock Janecekl at rjanecek@jps.net.
Dudley Hall is selling his computer system. It is a NEC 9010, Petium 90 with 40 mb RAM, a 850 mb HDD, 16 bit stereo card with 2 Labtec speakers, 14.4 modem, CD ROM, 1.4 Mb FDD, keyboard, mouse, 14" VGA monitor, and a HP 560C color inkjet printer. "Everything works good, it is a complete system with Windows 95, Corel WordPerfect Suite 8, Norton Anti-Virus, Page Plus, etc." He is asking for $495 or best offer for the complete system.
