MARCH 4—SAMUAL P. TAYLOR STATE PARK

8:30 a.m. leaving time. Reconvene at parking area on left side of Sir Francis Drake Blvd. opposite Devil’s Gulch Trailhead on right side (beyond entrance to the park) and meet hike leaders. Hike to Barnabe Peak, about 8 miles. Rain cancels.

MARCH 11—CONTRA COSTA CONUNDRUM

8:30 a.m. leaving time. Reconvene and meet leaders at 9:00 a.m. at Walnut Creek BART station. Carpool to trail head. 7 – 8 miles on trails of leaders’ choice. Rain will shorten hike.

MARCH 18—OLOMPALI STATE PARK, NOVATO

8:30 a.m. leaving time. Exit 101 N. at Atherton Ave. Make first left turn at Binford Road. Park in the Park n’Ride Lot and meet leader. Will car pool from there. Will hike loop trail with lunch on top. Great views. Back via loop trail to Miwok Trail to Olompali. 9 miles. Rain cancels.

MARCH 25 MINI HIKE—MOUNT TAMALPAIS

8:30 a.m. leaving time. Reconvene at 9:30 a.m. at Pan Toll parking lot. Pan Toll to Mt. Theatre, West Point Inn. Little elevation change. About 4- 5 miles.

MARCH 25—MOUNT BURDELL – BIG ROCK RIDGE

Take Hy 101 north to Novato, turn west at the Atherton – San Marin turn-off and make right turn at San Andreas Drive. Hike on Ridge Trail addition to Big Rose Ridge (car shuttle). About 8 miles.
