Initially the company is in the development of layouts, construction of government contracts since the last 35 years.

The company follows systematic and technical way and uses latest technologies in construction for quality and economic constructions.

Plans

                                The plans were prepared by qualified and well expirenced architects having experience in preparing number of popular residential & commercial  complexes by following the basic architecture, living conditions like good ventilation and natural light. Utility of the area is also kept in mind while preparing the plans like size of  balconies etc.  All  the structural  designs  are   prepared  by the  structural  consultants   having   plenty of  experience   in their field. The designs  are prepared based on   soil  conditions, location of  the  site etc.   By taking adequate safety precautions, we emphasize on quality & do not like to compromise on the issues. We use computer based designing for preparation of plans and we prepare diagrams from that.
