Its following the Lord in His regeneration of us.  </div> <div> Because a lot of Christians keep asking me, Jim you don't  go to a Church, you say you are not under the Law.  You think you can do anything you want.  I tell them that its is the Lord, that is doing the work in me, and if I get off the path,  by there way if thinking,  I ask them to pray for me, And don't judge before time, and that God isn't<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#6633CC" FACE="Arial" > </FONT><U>done with me yet</U>. </div> <div>  God is the <B>one that corrects me</B>, And I know its by His strength, not mine own. By staying in the Word, I know that God is in control and is taking care of me and directing my path.  Do I mess up, yes I do, Do I have a long ways to go, yes I do, But thank God I am not where I used to be.  I know my only hope is in my Lord and Savior, I do the best I can, and am depending on the Spirit, and the Word to change my thinking.  I am a sinner save my grace, not by what I do, but letting the Spirit change me.  I can never be good enough to please God, Its not my rightness, but His rightness. He is the only one that can clean the heart.  I have tried all my life to do good, and be a good Catholic, and always just kept getting worst, by trying to do it on my own, and by the Law. That was the curse of the Law.  Its letting go, and letting God </div> <div> I hope later on that I can find a Church, or a place where I fit in.  I think that pure Religion is just helping one another out, minding my own business, and trying to do good where I am at.  But my thinking has very little to do with it. Its God timing.</div> <div> 1 Pet 5:10  But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.</div> <bR> <div> We walk by faith, not by sight.</div> <div>  I have notes, that I may add later on, this being  one of my first studies, after stopping to go to Church.  But for the time being I am going to put a link to<A HREF="http://www.eschatology.com/theonomy.html" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.eschatology.com/theonomy.html"><U>  (Ward Fenley Page).  </U></A>He writes just about what I have studied, and says it a lot better.</div> <bR> <div> (Who are the Jews, Catholics, or any denomination or religious group of anykind?  If they not born again, they are of the world. they may be doing good as far as the world goes, but if there not trusting in Jesus, there work is in vain.  Which includes people that are trying to work there way in the Kingdom by the law and good works. Which is good, but it don’t save you.) </div> <div> Psa 127:1 <U>Unless the LORD builds the house</U>, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain.</div> <bR> <div> (Like Paul says in) <FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#6633CC" FACE="Arial" >  </FONT></div> <div> Gal 1:3  Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?</div> <div>   And like Col 2:8  See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.</div> <div>  </div> <div> (Or even after the ten commandants of God, which purpose was to bring us to Jesus.  And once we know God, through Jesus is the only way to God, we are made anew by the Spirit by beleiving in the Word of God, which is Jesus and God.)</div> <bR> <div> Gal 3:23  But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.</div> <div> 24  Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#6633CC" FACE="Arial" >.</FONT></div> <bR> <div>   (The Law was passing away.) -  2 Cor 3:6  Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.</div> <div> 7  But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:</div> <bR> <div> 2 Cor 3:13  And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:</div> <div> 14  But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the old testament; <B>which veil is done away in Christ</B>.</div> <bR> <div> Acts 13:38  "Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,</div> <div> 39  and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.</div> <bR> <div> John 1:17  For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.</div> <bR> <div> John 5:45  Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, <B>even Moses, in whom ye trust</B>.</div> <bR> <div> (Don’t turn back. Keep trusting in our Lord. Don’t trust in the Law to save you, or being good enough.) </div> <bR> <div> Acts 7:38  This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:</div> <div> 39  To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,</div> <bR> <div> Gal 3:19  Wherefore then serveth the law? Which our life is hid in Jesus. Col 3:3.)</div> <div> Jer 31:31  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:</div> <div> 32  Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:</div> <div> 33  But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.</div> <bR> <div> Heb 8:13  In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.</div> <div> Heb 12:24  And to <B>Jesus the mediator of the new covenant</B>, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.</div> <div> Isa 55:3  Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; <B>and I will make an everlasting covenant with you</B>, even the sure mercies of David.</div> <bR> <div> Rom 7:14-24  <U>O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?</U></div> <div> <U>25  I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord</U>. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.</div> <bR> <div> What am I saying that we don't keep the Law?  No! But only by God Grace are we able. It begins with God's grace and continues with a constant unfolding of that grace. His grace is supremely expressed to us through His kindness in Christ Jesus. <B>Grace is appropriated through faith</B> and is intended to result in good works.
