Men of Warwick

Ruel Magnan (Ruel Karas)
Ruel was born in Provance, France. After his father's death, Ruel joined
Warwick's guard while they were stationed in Calais. A year later, Ruel
went to England with the guard when the Earl went back to Warwick
Castle. During 1460, Ruel fought in the battles of North Hampton, Wakefield,
the second battle of St. Albans and the bloodiest, Towton.
Prone to mumbling, Ruel was heard to say, "I don't know what is with
these English and their winter campaigns. I long to see my family again
and to feel the warmth of the sun of southern France."
