My name is Merrit, otherwise know as Serial Kitty. Yeah, I am a Kitty with a 'tude, just ask the Two Legged Cats (people) in my neighbourhood. I am fluffed and I am bad....don't mess with me!

I take life as I see it. I have a Big Cat that I kind of tolerate, at least better than the rest of the Big Cats I have come in contact with. She feeds me and if I am in the mood, I'll even let her pet me a little...sometimes I even grace her presense and sleep with her but I ALWAYS get the spot I want, when I want it!

I am a simple cat....I enjoy laying under the Rose of Sharon bush on a hot summer day...cruising my neighbourhood to make sure everything is in order and yes, occassionally I like to eat out...pheasant under glass, shall we say, holds a special place in my heart. Followed by a nice chianti...hehehe.

They call me Serial Kitty but I maintain I am just misunderstood!

Stay out of my way though.....I don't put up with nothin' and you, Big Cat, could be next!

Identifying characteristics: a hateful look, a bad attitude, hair sticking out of ears like horns and occassionally, feathers around mouth Precautions: Consider this cat armed and dangerous!

OFFENSES AGAINST GOD AND NATURE

In other words, a litany of her crimes!

1-4 APRIL 1999: Two birds and a nest of baby mice later, Serial Kitty comes up for air.  When her owner looks to see what the squealing is in the backyard, Serial Kitty throws a serious dirty look and gets back to the carnage at hand.  EASTER MEANS CARNAGE!!!! 22 JUNE 1998: THE FATHER'S DAY MASSACRE! Serial Kitty dozes on the porch furniture as unwitting guests to her home find the walkway littered with a barrage of grey feathers.....no other remains are found although the conclusion is clear! Serial Kitty has struck again! 11-12 May 1998: Neighbours report on 11 May that Serial Kitty has attacked, slaughtered and remained at the crime scene feasting on two innocent and unsuspecting blackbirds! The following afternoon, 12 May, Serial Kitty's "Big Cat" steps outside and finds two half-eaten bodies lying in the backyard...a robin and a blackbird, both BIGGER than the viscious Serial Kitty herself!!!!! The carnage continues!!!!!! 10 August 1997: Serial Kitty comes home just before lunchtime....pool of blood and some body parts are found carelessly left at the front gate! 7 August 1997: Serial Kitty is spotted stalking, tormenting and later feasting on a baby sparrow - no remorse! June 1997: Serial Kitty attacks in broad daylight! She captures a robin and later makes a mid-afternoon snack out of it! 7 March 1997: As Big Cats prepare to leave for a funeral, Serial Kitty strolls in wearing a trendy mouthful of feathers and covered in blood! Mid October 1996: First known offense - Serial Kitty brings home a baby mole and eats it like corn-on-the-cob, leaving the carcass on the doormat! Precautions: Consider this cat armed and dangerous!

WILL SHE KILL AGAIN? WILL SHE BE CAUGHT AND PUNISHED FOR HER CRIMES (the birds sure hope so!) - STAY TUNED FOR THE CONTINUING SAGA OF....
