I enjoy music (listening - I don't play any instruments), and I enjoy audio (as in music reproduction). I also do a little audio DIY. I've built 2 subwoofers, an amp, an active crossover, and a custom passive crossover. I'm hoping to design and build a class D amp for a car sub. Right now it's in the circuit simulation stage. My interest in Miatas and audio have combined into an interest in car audio.

And here is a writeup on my custom elliptic passive crossover I put in my (now former) car.
My present car is a 2000 LS Miata which came with a "premium" Bose system. It performs far below my expectations so I will be replacing it. I did some measurements of it here.
