------This building is located on Ocean
Avenue in between the Stone Pony and Convention Hall. This is probably one
of the most infamous buildings in Asbury Park and one of the biggest eyesores.
It was built in the 90's but was never completed because the owner went bankrupt.
It was thought of as a new beginning for the city but instead now symbolizes
the downfall of Asbury Park and the comeback that never happened. It should
be the first building to be demolished to set the way for a new future. If
