This is one of the lists which I think are incorrect. Up until 1547 it is fine, the Scots seem to have had very few hand firearms. I cannot believe that this state continued until 1602, however, and some prints of Carberry Hill in the Scottish Civil War certainly show arquebuses, and Mary Queen of Scots is reported as raising harquebusiers. Borderers certainly had a considerable number of pistols, calivers and also muskets, and it seems inconcievable that the government would not have at least followed suit. The French allies were certainly on the scene in the late 1540's defending Jedburgh among other places, and Elizabeth dabbled in the politics of the Scottish Reformation and Civil War. The borderers were very much a law unto themselves, and could be found on either side, although they do seem to have provided significant opposition to the marauding English (both official and borderer) during the same rough wooing.
I would add to the official list:
After 1547:
Shot
Sh(I)@4 AP or Sk(O) @ 3 AP, 0-1 per pike
Only in 1560-5
Upgrade C in C to Pi(I) @28 AP
0-1
The official list is good until the aftermath of Pinkie.
