If you have a problem with your gun, feel free to bring it into our store and Jason will most likely fix your problem.

Luke:
Luke is certified by PTI (Paintball Training Institute)
This certifies him as a:
Advanced Airsmith
Advanced Co2 and High Pressure Air Tech
Field Game Organizer and Safety Instructor
Advanced Referee

Luke is also a factory certified Shocker Tech
This certifies him to do anything to Shockers including warrenty work.

SUE:
Sue is also certified by PTI and is qualified to do all the work Luke is minus the Shocker work.

Jason:
Jason is certified by PTI as well as Smart Parts to do all work on any gun including Shockers. In other words he is as qualified as Luke on all work.
