Overview of tournament rules:*
Tournaments are open to all members in good standing and their female guests over the age of 18
Tournaments are held on a "draw basis" pairing boaters with non-boaters
Catch and release of all black bass
Artificial lures only
No alcohol or prohibited substance use is allowed during tournaments
"Trolling" as method of fishing is not permissible
Only one rod may be used at any one time.  Other rods may be in boat ready for use
A US Coast Guard approved PFD must be worn any time the combustible engine is in operation
the official measuring board is the "Golden Rule"
Participants may not receive angling information from non participants during tournament
There is not any restriction on fishing the lake prior to the tournament
