This observation tower is located just North of Hooper, Colorado in the San Luis Valley, near the route to the Great Sand Dunes. The above photo was taken in the winter, allowing a clear shot without the usual summer activities. They feature an excellent gift shop enclosed in the "dome" with a large selection of books and UFO related items. The staff is very friendly and offer plenty of information to the visitors. |
