System

Each student is evaluated in its global aspect, by his work in each class and effort in overcoming own limits and difficulties.

The graduation happens in approximately every 10 months.

The Colors

The colors are based on the Orichas (the African Gods) and they are given according the following tables:

Their Meaning

Gray
Dust to dust, ashes to ashes... you're just a beginner! 
Yellow
Starts seeking the wealth of knowledge.
Orange
Represents the fruit that is growing inside Capoeira.
Green
Like the slime from the stones, fixated to Capoeira. Starts to smooth out! 
Red
Symbolizes life.
Blue
Where a certain level of knowledge is achieved; it's the seeking of temperament and stability!
Fushsia
Where the positive energy starts to flow; it's a pure color!
Maroon
Starts to mature in the ways of a master. Stays concrete, like a law stone!
Purple/Wine
It's the symbol of growing old like the wine: the older the better!
Whyte
Represents purity!
