The News

3MAR00 Well, it is not an update with new aircraft. Thought it was about time to update the pages a bit. Hope you like them.

27DEC99 Sean Barton has done up a DC-9-15 in Ozark Airline colors!

25NOV99 Bruce Bridges returns with six aircraft, all for FS98/2000. They are an updated Eastern Airlines DC-9-31
in the 1986 color scheme and a new Eastern Airlines DC-9-31 in the 1977 color scheme. Also, Bruce has passed along a new Eastern DC-9-51 in 1977 colors.

New York Air is represtented in their striking "Candy Apple Red" colors of this great low-fare airline. The USAir DC-9-31's are updated in the 1979 and 1981 colors.

19NOV99 Three great aircraft from Bruce Bridges!  An Eastern Airlines McDonnell Douglas DC9-31 in the second
color scheme; and, two USAir DC-9-31's: the 1979 color scheme and 1981 color scheme. Many thanks to Bruce on his work with the AFX files and the textures!

28MAR99 Yes, it has been some time since an update has been done! There is a new file for FS98 and it is Kevin Trinkle's and Tom Gibson's "Moving Parts" Lockheed L-188 Electra! This is a Mike Vidal FDE and the painting is in association with Dave McQueen. The 3D view of this aircraft is a sight to behold. Thanks to
Kevin and Tom for the work that went into this aircraft and it should be available on the Freeflight Design
Shop web site in a week, or two.

27NOV98 We have an addition from South America! Sergio Goncalves has redone Bill Alderson's  and Rob Bennis' Boeing 727-100 into the striking colors of Transbrasil's -21C model. Our first South American addition will also be December's "Featured Aircraft".

The very prolific Michael Pickney has redone the Bill Alderson Boeing 727-200 into Republic's final colors a
s a -2M7 model.

Thanks to both Sergio and Michael for these great additions to the site!

If you want to learn how to do repaints like Michael and Sergio, step over to the Freeflight Design
Shop and from our Links section, take a flight over to Kevin Trinkle's painting tutorial. Maybe your
aircraft can be the January, 1999 "Featured Aircraft"!

3NOV98 From Rafael Zimmermann a Boeing 707-351C has been received and is November's "Featured Aircraft".
Very nice work, thanks Rafael!

Two 727's have been done by Michael Pickney. One is in Northwest's very old colors, and the other is the Northwest transitional colors for ex-Republic aircraft.

What's really great is that both of these men were very early supporters of "Classic Jets"!
