We at the 2nd Dixie Excalibur Rover Crew enjoy moots...no scratch that we love moots.....the fun games, the car rallies, the Saturday night dance, meeting old friends, and making new ones. Here now we present our list of Moots we have attended. As well a splendid treat for all you loyal viewers out there in Webland.......REVIEWS.... our opinions comments and rants on the moot so enjoy

Halloween Moot
Held in Burford the weekend of October 16-18 (or around that time). This is one of our favourite moots. Even though we did not get a chance to perform our skit that we worked on. We did get consolation in the fact that one of our members won best costume in the female category

Attawonderonk Moot
A rather enjoyable moot to attend (well except for that hill but I don't think anyone cares for it too much. If the weather is warm enough out you can go play in the water...and well you can play in the water even if it's not warm enough out....if you want to that is.

Loony Tunes Moot A pretty good moot held at Blue Heron Scout Camp at Blue Springs every year. The theme is always Loony Toons (hence the name) One of the really cool features with this moot is the Loony Casino (Blackjack, and Roulette) where you take your winnings and bid on items in a blind auction (do I hear 200 for the box with the rock and the stick)

Moot Moot
This Moot (which has undergone a few name changes) is held on the Tronto Islands.. snake island to be specific. Generally a good moot with a HUGE scavenger hunt although since you are so close to Toronto it is relativly easy to get the items if you want to go and drop a large ammount of cash in the city. The one problem we have with this moot is the distance involved from the ferry to the camp.....but that is easily remedied by bringing a bike or rollerblades with you.

Sonic Boom Moot
Pretty good time with an awsome DJ at the dance. The hidden bomb and photo guessing events are two uniqe features availible at this moot.

Beach Party Moot
Originally starting with a Hawian theme the organizers have stuck with the idea of a yearly pig roast (with pre-registration) and the outdoor dance, annual events include the Sandcastle Building contest and Cardboard Boat Races.

JamFest
This would be the everything but the kitchen sink moot (well maybe next year we'll see the kitchen sink) They have it all. The Pudding slide, the town cryer opening the camp, local youth theatre coming in to put on entertainment friday night and they keep adding more and more every year. Apparantly 2000 will be the last one..we'll have to see what happens after that.
