If no, why not? </div> <div>                   5) Have you ever given up ownership of a pet to Animal Control, SPCA, or re-homed a dog? If you currently do not </div> <div>                   have one,please provide me with the same information of a previous vet. All MyToyBulldog puppies must have a home that has a fenced in yard</div> <div>                   throughout their entire lives. "Invisible Fencing", or things similar to this, are not acceptable. </div> <div>                   11) Will you agree on "puppy progress reports", keeping me up to date on the puppy's health, wellness, </div> <div>                   adjustments, and successes as well as struggles? Will you let me know any change of addresses and </div> <div>                   phone with 14 days of the changes? </div> <div>                   12) All MyToyBulldog puppies will come with a contract. </div> <div>                   13) At anytime, in the dogs life, that you can no longer provide a stable home environment, the dog must be </div> <div>                   returnedto me. Will you agree to this? </div> <div>                   14) Throughout the life of a Bulldog, nutrition and supplements are vital to healthy growth and over all </div> <div>                   wellness. Willyou agree on a nutrition and food regiment, designed specifically for your MyToyBulldog   </div> <div>                   puppy?</div> <div>                   15) Socialization and training is a must for these bulldog breeds. Will you agree to enroll your</div> <div>                   puppy in "Puppy Kindergarten" and at the least, a follow up with the completion of sub-novice obedience </div> <div>                   before the dog is 9 months old? </div> <div>                   18) I will not to ship puppies via airlines.
