On June 17th of 2000, the city of Kenosha had a grand opening dedication to the Streetcars. For instance the city has resurrected the streetcars and have dedicated a 2 mile loop in downtown Kenosha Wisconsin. The Late Joseph McCarthy foreseen what the trolleys could do in a harbor park development, this is a whole complete rebuilding and reshaping of 60 plus acre's of land for public use.
