HarborPark is a 68 acre development on the Kenosha Lakefront, bordered by the small boat harbor to the north and by the Southport marina to the south. Construction began in 1997 as a public/private development, after years of study and planning to transform the former manufacturing site of American Motors and Chrysler into a new Kenosha neighborhood. Future attractions include Harbor walk, HarborView Park Fountain, Plaza de Douai, a celebration place and a 400 unit condominium.
