LORD HELP ME, MY HOUSE IS ON FIRE

ONE DAY, IN A SMALL RURAL COMMUNITY, THE FIRE CHIEF WAS SITTING AT HIS DESK, WHEN HE RECIEVED THIS CALL..

The Chief- - -Hello

Hysterical Voice - - Is this the Fire Department?

The Chief - - - Yes Mam, whats the problem.

Hysterical Voice - - Oh, you got to help, you just got to help me, please come right away, MY HOUSE IS ON FIRE!!

The Chief - - - Mam, You must calm down. You say your house is on fire? Now tell me, where do you live?

Hysterical Voice - - Yes its on fire, yes it's on fire, thats why I'm calling.

I'm not going to live anywhere if you don't hurry and put out the fire.

The Chief - - - Yes Mam, I understand that, now if you could just settle down some and tell me, HOW DO I GET THERE.

There was a pause on the phone line for a minute

then a excited voice says

"WHAT? HOW DO YOU GET HERE!"

"AIN'T YOU STILL GOT

THAT BIG RED TRUCK??"
