1998 Zone 2 Expedition - Photos

Arrival

Our arrival at the main Lac Ouescapis campground.  The entrance of the campground is to the right.  The 20m station would be set up at the back, and the 80m camper set up off the left side.  The 160m team set up in a clearing about 1/2 km from this area, back and to the left in this view.

The 80 metre operation

View from near the site entrance.  The 80m vertical can be seen to the left.  The truck camper containing the 80m operating position is at the right.

An closer view of the 80m vertical.  Only the bottom half of the vertical is visible here (the top extension is too thin to appear).  Carl, VE3BY is standing at the base of the vertical.

Interior of the camper showing the 80m operating position: an FT1000 and a SB-220 linear.  Carl, VE3BY/VA2BY, is just visible at the lower right.
