I got this bike as a roller a few months ago. The first day getting it me and a few friends stripped it down to the frame for powdercoating. We paid $1.500 for the roller, we also bought Works Triple Rate fronts w/rezzys and a Durablue axle. That was pretty much all we bought from our friend who sold it to us. Also ordered +2 +1 a-arms, and am going to get some other new parts.
Then I decided I was going to go with a black/red color scheme. I ordered new shiny black Maier fronts and rears. There was a mix up and we got the two piece fronts but I actually kind of like them more so no big deal. Then since that happend I ordered a red hood for the front. I already had a stock red R seat that has a brand new cover on it. So, my hood gets here and there was another mix up and I got a darker red that doesn't quite match my seat red. I might end up getting the Quad-Tech hood though, not for sure yet.
Your probably wondering about the motor. We already have the motor which is out of my step-dads bike, it's a CT310 motor. Right now it's sitting in a crate. I am going to be polishing the cases and some of the other stock parts we decided to keep. The motor gave us trouble in the other R but it was re-done when we bought 410 for my step-dads and supposedly the guy who did is really good so we'll see how thise motor runs. I will have to get his name soon. Well, nothing else really, I will update again soon so check back...Later
