- 2 lbs Ziti Noodles
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 8 oz of Veggie Shreds® Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz of firm Nasoya® Tofu
Cook noodles until tender, drain and add sauce, Tofu and some of the mozzerella cheese mix, then place in a 15x10 lasgne pan. Add the remaining mozzerella cheese on top. Cook at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread.
