Garlic Green Beans



Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups whole green beans, ends trimmed (3/4 pound)
- 1 tablespoon slivered garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste


Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the beans and garlic; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add the lemon juice, water and salt. Cook, stirring, until liquid evaporated adn beans reach desired doneness, about 4 minutes.
