Irish Soda Bread

"Irish Soda Bread for the bread machine. This recipe makes a wonderfully tasty loaf."

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 3 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2/3 cup raisins

I dont use the raisins, but thats due to personally not caring for raisins!! Also instead of powdered milk, I use riches non-dairy creamer.

Directions:
Adding ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit bread or basic bread setting. Adding raisins (if you use them) when indicated by your manufacturer.

Makes one 2 lb loaf
