Cream:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup margerine
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Stir in dry ingreadents:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls, roll them in sugar, place on cookie sheet and make a cross pushing down on the cookies with a fork.
On an ungreased cookie sheet place in oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
