Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked Riceland® long grain rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegatable broth
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients execpt parsley. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley.
