Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Extra Firm Tofu
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 Table spoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons Grated Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt or regular Salt
Directions:
Place 3/4 of the Tofu in a Food Processor or Blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Mash the remaining Tofu into the Blended mixture that resembles Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese.
