Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of tofu
- 1/2 cup of diced tomato
- 2 tablespoons sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced vegetable stalk
- 1/2 teaspoon mashed garlic
Seasonings:
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- dash of cornflour solution to thicken sauce
Directions:
Cut tofu into cubes. Then soak in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Take out and drain. Saute sliced mushrooms and diced vegetable stalk with dash of oil. Dish up. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and saute mashed garlic and diced tomato. Add in seasonings and bring to a boil. Put in tofu cubes and all ingredients. Coddle for a while. Thicken sauce with cornflour solution. Dish up and serve.
