Wild Rice Stuffing



Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf bread; dried and cubed*
- 1 medium onion; chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 3 or 4 stalks celery
- 2 cups wild rice; cooked
- 1/2 pound maragrine

- 1 cup water or stock*


Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the bread, onion, sage, parsley, celeery and wild rice. Gently mix in the melted butter and water or stock. In a casserole cook for about an hour at 350 degrees F.
* We use fresh white bread see recipie on our bread recipie page. You don't need to use the water or stock if you use the fresh bread cubed.
