Weekend Waffles



We use this recipe for both our waffle maker and for pancakes.


Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 eggs (we use EnerG® egg replacers)
- 1 cup milk (we use Riches non-dairy creamer 1/2 water and 1/2 creamer makes milk)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions for Waffles:
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Directions for Pancakes:
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Pour batter onto a hot skillet and cook until golden brown.
