WARNING TO MORMONS
By familiarizing yourselves with the contents and arguments of the different volumes of these apologetic books, you will be able to control and refute nearly all anti-Mormon arguments that are related to the Bible. Be careful! Avoid self-righteous pride and do not succumb to the temptation of relying upon these books for your salvation. The MORMONISM Series will strengthen your testimony; not give you one. The only things that will truly give you a testimony are: (1) reading and sincerely praying about the Book of Mormon, (2) praying and fasting whether Joseph Smith really was a true prophet, and (3) praying and fasting whether the current head of the church is the Lord’s representative upon the earth.
Unless we humble ourselves and acknowledge our inadequacies before God and rely upon him; we can never come to the pure and certain knowledge that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church.
