Letter 1 = Barry Fulp Dismisses my case without giving me a fair
chance. The individual that Barry Fulp told me the Department of
Transportation hired for that position was not accurate. Also he failed to
look at the evidence on my complaint which clearly says the position was
still vacant.
Letter 2 = Notice how Joseph Doherty admits taking a long time to
review the case. He said he had questions he needed answered, while he did
not ask me anything. Noticed how he keeps rubbing in that my 90 days
continues to run. I tried to get a Lawyer during that 90 day period but no
lawyer would help me. I then asked our State Politicians for help because I
could no Lawyer would help me. My state politicians allowed the EEOC to
police itself, of course the EEOC said they did not do anything wrong, they
blamed me for not supplying them with the evidence.
Letters 3 & 4 = The EEOCs letter to The Honorable Robin Hayes about
my case.
Letters 5 & 6 = These letters show that not even The President of
The United States could help me. The EEOC continues to say that I failed to
provide enough evidence. If we allowed criminals to police themselves then
no one would be incarcerated today. I discovered that the EEOC was ignoring
the evidence that I provided them. They were suppose to investigate my
situation, but they did not. When I asked the politicians to help me they
allowed the EEOC to police themselves. If this is the way justice is carried
out in America, then it needs changing.
