My Charge against the NCDOT
Notice at the end of section II. it says "the position was re-advertised". Joyce Stafford from the EEOC in Charlotte, North Carolina typed this. Ms. Stafford also called to verify my evidence was accurate, that's when she discovered the job was still open.
