An expert on aquatic sports, Shima Yosuke is Dynablue. He dreams of developing artificial gills. He mans a surf jetboard, and so the parody labels him as "Frankie, the human outboard motor..."! He also uses the Dyna Frisbees and his Dyna Rod fires the Blue Water Whirlpool.
