ORDER OF THE ARROW. This is a national brotherhood of Scout campers. The honor of becoming a member of the Order of the Arrow is one that you cannot set out to earn on your own. This honor is bestowed on a Scout by the members of his troop. This is done when he has proved himself worthy of receiving it. He must be an outstanding Scout and an unselfish camper.
Congratulations to Ben Briles, Jason Brewer, Billy Gottsch and David Collins. They were elected to the Order of the Arrow this year. Each candidate will attend Conclave "98" and complete their "Ordeal."
UPDATE: Scouts Ben Briles, Jason Brewer, Billy Gottsch and David Collins successfully completed their "Ordeal" on August 22nd and were inducted into the Order Of The Arrow. Scout Brandon Vail completed his brotherhood rank at the Conclave. Well done to all the scouts, who attended Conclave "98".
