Sheila Darlin'

Sheila was our 1st Aussie. She was ASCA/UKC registered and a great granddaughter of ASCA Hall of Fame Sire WTCH, Ch. Windsong's Raisin Cain, CD. She participated in our local 4-H project as our daughter's obedience companion and made occasional visits as a Therapy pet. Sheila was a real cuddle bunny and constantly tried to outsmart her humans. Unfortunately, Sheila had CHD and was symptomatic by the age of 9 months. At approximately 1 1/2 years of age her hips were xrayed and sent in to OFA for a preliminary diagnosis. She was diagnosed with moderate to severe CHD and showed signs of arthritic bone changes.
Sheila will always hold a special place in the hearts of all of us at Riatta. Thanks to her special qualities and intelligence, our addiction to this fantastic breed was stimulated!
