This is the site at Mandraki Harbour in Rhodes where the Colossus once stood. i.e the big bronze character who was so tall that ships used to sail between his legs. He stood for 70 odd years before an earthquake caused his downfall and the Rhodians subsequently sold him for scrap

Getting to the top was the easy part. Swimming the reservoir was the coldest I have ever been....except that time that I slept in a fridge, ah happy days..... Dave suddenly dissappeared about 2 months ago - sort of Capricorn One-ish, so if you see him, let me know.
