Wish List Of Kits Model Companies Should Release or Re-release

I would love to see some of the old kits re-released by the companies that made them or companies that buy the old molds. Please start a new wish list string with this mail.
First on my personal wish list would be the re releasing of the Tillie The Toiler and Sky Sweeper anti aircraft guns that were around many years ago. I am not sure of the makers but I think one was by Renwal and the other maybe Adams.

Boy I like this discussion because it lets you dream. I think top on my list would be an Ontos kit that was mentioned in another discussion string. Then I would like to see the old Adams, Revell or Renwal Hawk missile kits come back. More later.

I like the dreaming part of this to. Ok here is the top of my wish list. I would like to see a company perhaps Monogram bring out a 1/48 kit of the B-57. For some reason this aircraft which saw combat in Vietnam has never been done in large scale.

OK wish list. I wish that Revell would re-issue the A-6E and EA-6A kits. Monogram did it with their EA-6B so you never know it may happen.

Talk about re-issues I sure wish someone would bring back the old Adams / Life Like M40 SP 155 kit in 1/40 it was great.

I wish Monogram would re-issue that fine kit 1/48 of the SU25 Frogfoot and their Mig29..

My top wish would be the re-issue of the Renwal Atomic Cannon. I had one when I was young and would like very much to have another to build.

I wish some company would mass produce plastic buildings in 1/35 at a reasonable price not just corners and gates and such at prices way beyond reach. Building whole towns is now so costly that very few can do it. I hope this desire was clearly enough stated.

I agree the B-57 in 1/48 would be a joy to build and add to my collection. There was one around in vacuform for while but way beyound my modeling skills. My wish would be to see a company put out a 1/48 B-47. Granted it would be huge but I would love to have one.

Just an agreement with Dave C. I would also like to see those old anti-aircraft guns re-released. The Sky Sweeper was definately made by Renwal, I actualy still have the one I made in the 1950s. I am not sure who made the Tillie The Toiler model but I remember it well.

The twin engine jet bombers as a group have been ignored by the model companies in the larger scales. I would like to see 1/48 scale IL-28, B-66 (both Air Force and Navy versions), B-45 (never happen) and of course a kit of the B-57 that could be built in several of its versions. Well this is a cool place to put wishes but i'm afraid thats all they will ever be unfortunately.

Airfix should be applauded for bringing out the Buccaneer in 1/48 I am hoping they will eventualy bring out the Canberra.

One of the models on my wish list has just been released. I have obtained one from the Squadron Shop and can't wait to start it. It is the RF-5C Vigilanti in 1/48 scale by Trumpeter. I opened the box and the first thing that struck me was how big an aircraft it is. The molding looks clean, the instruction sheet is good and the decal sheet is very good. I will report back after I build it.
