The Allspark is bar none one of the best Transformers discussion sites on the net.
One of my favorites. Contains a discussion board, CTLP section, chat room, plus tons of other useful TF info.
Great for sound clips and interactive games
Great page dedicated to another of my favorite merge groups, the Terracons. Contains pics of their tech specs, and TF Universe profiles.
Also called the Transformers Alliance. This site entertains the thought of Transformer life after the Great War. Fantastic sims are coupled with some interesting(and sometimes humorous) tech specs for new characters. Ever wonder what Rippersnapper's kid would look like?
Side splitting comedy skits can all be found right here.
Black Zarak has a very impressive page complete with some great pics of the Trainbots.
Trypitcon's Homepage has tons of greatpics and info on-what else? Trypticon! Plus there's info on the other TF cities.
Catfight's an amazing artist. Check out the pics she's done of her namesake as well as the bios for her other characters.

Prime Saber's site contains pics from the season of Transformers that followed Zone. Transformers: Return of Convoy, Battlestars, and Beyond.
