These  Members have no voting privileges.</div> <bR> <div> <B>NONRESIDENTS</B>:</div> <div>  Make membership application to KFSAA Executive Committee; subject to approval and payment of annual dues, said member is entitled to all the privileges of membership.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
