If your thinking about it DONT because most, if not all networks know about this and if you try your phone is blocked as soon as you try to send a SMS. You will not be able to use the SMS service on your phone and will have to phone your network provider and ask them nicely to unblock you phone so you can send and receive SMS. If you are lucky they might.
