Practice of Holistic Medicine
This off-site database from the "Alternative Medicine Connection" would seem to fill the bill for a list of holistic practicioners, so I'll look no further.
Notice that the specialties listed include neither Parkinson's nor Neurology.
A much shorter list from C.E.R.I. may also prove useful. I have not checked these lists against each other. This is left for the reader.
