Brownie inches back up, Anna suspends campaign.

Rumours abound surrounding Cajun-Bear and Scarl-Bear...
"Neither Yes nor No" Says Scarl-Bear "You'll know when I do" says Cajun-Bear
A jubilant Teddy Bear met with farmers in
Living Room District today, obivously very happy
at the latest Poll results that show that he's definitely
in the lead. "I don't put a lock of stock in polls,
especially not this early" said Mr Bear. But it's
gratifying to know that my work in this campaign is appreciated.
The poll results show Teddy with 38% his nearest
competitor Simon with 31% while Brownie had risen a
bit to 23%. One note though while Teddy
is still solidly in the lead his numbers have
dropped a bit showing signs of a possible defection
of support back to Brownie's camp.
In other poll news, Voters were asked which
party they prefer and the Ursa Party is still the leader
with 62% to the Bruin's 38%. Bruin Voters still
support Simon as their candidate by an 86% margin
making Simon a shoo-in for the Bruin party nomination
for almost a solid month now. While in the
Ursa camp it's a dead heat 50-50 fight for the nomination
between Teddy Bear the front runner and
Third place Brownie.
Mysterious Meeting in Marblehead
Marblehead Master Bedroom District: Amid intense rumours
that Scarl-Bear may jump into the Presidential
race any minute. A meeting of "kingmakers" was held
today in Marblehead. One photographer was able
to get close enough to get this picture before being asked to leave.

who was attending the meeting. The story is that Scarl-Bear is exploring his options,
and can say neither "yes nor no" to a possible run at this time. However this mysertious
meeting and the presence of Rvnwolf-Bear can only mean that he's strongly considering it
Anna suspends campaign
In a move that was quite expected after a week
of disappointing poll results Presidential
candidate Anna announced that she is suspending
her campaign to explore her options. She said
that she was returning to her home in Showcase,
Lori's Office District and that she would make
a final announcement later this week.
Lawrence Sterling III enters the Race
Bear Shelf 2, Lori's Office District: Lawrence Sterling III son of Lord Lawrence Sterling II
announced his candidacy for the nomination of the Bruin Party. Mr Sterling has held no
public office. He has been seated on three different boards of directors with the assitance
of his father CEO and founder of Sterling Oil.
Lawrence Sterling III Graduated with a degree in
business from Bearvard University and since then has spent his time Sailing his yacht and
involving himself in various Entertainment and Sporting ventures. He has funded his own
campaign and has more than enough money to stay in the race and take on the leaders
"I believe that the Bear Shelf should be run like a business. Big business has the
answers big business has the solutions. The bears of the Bear Shelf should trust
their futures to big business. We have the know how and the resources to solve
all of the Bear Shelf's problems and make the Bear Shelf a happy and prosperous
place. We need a President who understands and can relate to the various business
interests of the Bear Shelf. I am that President, for that reason I am joining
the campaign for President of Lori's Bear Shelf".
Cajun-Bear hints that there may be a run for the Ursa Nomination in her
future.
Living Room District: Cajun-Bear was in Living Room District today to attend
a meeting of top level Ursa Party Supporters. After the meeting rumours were
flying that Cajun would be announcing any minute. When cornered with the
question after the meeting Ms Bear said "Me as President... now there's
an intriguing idea....If I decide to make the run you'll know when I do."
