The Castle Realm- http://www.castlerealm.com/ In my opinion, one of the best resources out there. There are plenty of pages for Doms and subs alike, as well as links to other sites. This site is large and covers many different aspects of BDSM.

Submissive Women Speak- http://gloria-brame.com/subbook.htm Mostly geared toward female submissives, this site has a few things to offer to Dominants as well. Another good site with lots of information.

Books:
"Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns" Philip Miller and Molly Devon. A humorous but thoughtful look at BDSM.

"S/M 101" Jay Wiseman. Another good book, not just about Sadomasochism, but other aspects of BDSM as well.
