There was a Nuc ELT (Engineering Lab Tech) with the nickname of "Shit Coyote". He claimed that if you held your ear up to the door to the Wardroom (Officer's Quarters), all you could hear was Wugga Wugga Wugga. This term came to stand for all types of nonsensical information (even if it didn't come from the Wardroom).
