If you wish, here is a song for your Submarine Humor Page. Sorry it is G-rated, but it is the only one I remember. This was written and performed by the "Normal Lube Oil Choir" (Don "Bubber" Hall, Choirmaster) on the USS Mariano G. Vallejo (SSBN 658) on a Xmas patrol sometime in the early 70's.
Sung to the tune of "Jingle Bells"
Chloride drills, coolant spills, major steam leaks too.
You can see all this and more in the Nucland Park and Zoo.
Come on back, get off track, let loose and unwind.
Watch us as we handle things, it will blow your mind.
When the rods go plop, all the lights go out.
Everything will stop, but we will work it out.
And if our neutrons can't, overcome those xenon peaks,
We'll burn the paper we have aft and we'll have fuel for weeks.
I think these guy's must have broken into Sonar's supply of gilly. What do you think?
